Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Some products are made to order or require additional handling time. If a product requires extended processing time, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

We offer standard shipping only.
Estimated delivery time after processing is 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided through TikTok Shop. Please allow up to 24 hoursfor tracking details to update.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on package size, weight, and destination.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product.
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist with the carrier claim process. Resolution (replacement or refund) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
